100+ people helped build Thesummeet in 24 hours. I just asked the community if we should seed fund it to build the best social support platform on earth. If the community wants to go ahead, can you help us raise in 24 hours (This Friday)? If we do this, we'll be looking for special terms and special investors (teal org type stuff), the venture is not incorporated, someone asked us who's the legal rep and we don't know, there is no governance in place, we didn't have time to figure out trademarks and stuff so we may have to rebrand for the second time in a week (not a big deal for this team). And yet, if the community wants to do it, we will go for it. But we need some more help, particularly: 1. a CFO with fundraising experience (Seed and Series A ideally) - Our current CFO is a T-shirt man we promoted to CFO because someone needed to collect the money for the Ts, he has has 25 years experience, just in the wrong industry to be CFO. 2.
